My background spans corporate strategy, analytics operations and transformation work across global organizations. I don’t build dashboards for the sake of reporting, I design decision systems that teams actually use.
I typically work in focused sprints, combining strategic framing with hands-on implementation.
My projects start with decision clarity, align goals and metrics across teams, and end with routines that sustain change beyond the project phase.
